PORTLAND, Ore. – adidas today announced it will open a new footwear production site in the Atlanta area in 2017. The industry-defining, state-of-the-art facility, called adidas SPEEDFACTORY, will allow adidas to create product more quickly and closer to U.S. consumers.

BOSTON, JUNE 30, 2016– Global athletic leader New Balance announced today the signing of Boris Berian to a multi-year endorsement contract. Berian, who was born in Colorado Springs and ran for Adams State University, is the 2016 U.S. Indoor National Champion and represented the United States at the 2016 IAAF World Indoor Championships in the 800 meters where he won the gold medal with an indoor best of 1:45:83.
