The Roost is a trail shoe inspired by the running in the “backyard” of the famed running store Runner’s Roost in Upstate New York. Regardless of the name, the performance of the Roost is aimed at the variety of terrain encountered on the trails. The upper is a tough woven mesh bolstered by synthetic leather overlays across the toes and vamp. The midsole is a protective layer of EVA foam that excels on the trail, and manages the roads getting you there. The lugged sole is toothy enough for the sloppy stuff, while low profile enough for the rocks or pavement encountered on or off-road. The combination of protective upper, resilient midsole, and effectively lugged outersole make the Roost a well equipped trail slayer for your off-road adventures.
