ASICS has made another bold update move which is likely to garner them as much criticism as it does praise. The third incarnation is a bit wider, a bit heavier, with wilder colors. Improved for some, but those that loved the previous model may cry foul at the update. The forefoot is wider, both for entry and improved toe/forefoot room. If you found the previous DS Trainer too confining up front, come back to take another look. This model is about an ounce heavier than its predecessot, which may cause some to rethink how to use it. The medial post and Trusstic system have been altered, creating better stability . The Duosole is durable as ever, and the lacing is not much different. This is one that you are going to have to try and decide for yourself.
