The eighth version of the Fila Racer (Corsa Otto) sports few changes. The effective cushioning and open mesh of the forefoot, with its better fit for full-volume feet, are unchanged. The most significant improvement is the repositioning of the over- lays from the eyestays to the heel counter which gives better structure to the shoe. This shoe is suited to runners with lower arches and wide forefeet, Fila’s tra- ditional fit and one that is underserved in the racing shoe market.
