The evolution of the Moto continues and this update is the most versatile yet. It joins the increasing number of Nike styles that accommodate the iPod Sports Kit. The upper has been opened up considerably, but retains the essential saddle overlay with HF-welds and a ribbonlike overlay running the length of the shoe. The new air mesh improves breathability and the forefoot has fewer overlays, reducing the interior seams and making the forefoot more comfortable. The midsole continues the effective PU/Cushlon combination, with PU in the heel for durability, and full-length Cushlon for its soft feel. The cushioning also features visible Max Air in the heel for great cushioning at heelstrike and Zoom Air in the forefoot for responsive cushioning at toe-off. Our testers all loved the shoe; one summed it up this way: “Wonderful fit. Snug in all the right places. This shoe has a bouncy feel which is great for miles. Very good stability. A very comfortable shoe. Worth the price.”
