There have been many successful shoes from the descendants of JW Foster, and the Reebok brand. The FZ1 Adventure is a new shoe which has a throwback feel, but features the latest materials. The upper is two engineered meshes with no-sew overlays, also in several configurations throughout the upper, all designed to lighten the shoe with sufficient support along its length. The heel is well supported by an effective laminated overlay, and the toe features a similar treatment to do the job.. The midsole is pelletized foam, both lightweight and responsive as well as durable, good news for high mileage runners. The outersole is carbon rubber with great traction, its chevron shaped tread providing the effective performance, for on and off-road running. The combination of features provides a durable, visible, and performance oriented addition to the second century of Reebok performance.
Testers: “I was surprised by the versatility and performance of the FZ1 Adventure, and I found myself reaching for it more than I expected. People need to give Reebok a serious look if they need variety and performance in their rotation.”
