The Sphere is the kind of shoe to catch the imagination, and inspire a run. That is the kind of thing which continues to motivate me after 3 decades. The ride is well cushioned and stable, with a smooth feel to the forefoot. Traction seems to be enhanced by the unusual serpentine-like design of the outersole. The fit is traditional Saucony; roomy toebox and snug heel. New shoes like this are welcome.

Road Test: Solid running shoe which offers a stanle firmly cushioned ride. Snug in the heel and roomy in the toes, was a solid performer for daily running and moderate to high mileage.
