Trigger Point Channel Roller

Running is great. That said, there are times when we overdo it and the muscles could use a good massage. This is where the Trigger Point Channel comes in.

The Channel features a channel (hence the name) in the center of its surface which allows the user to avoid compression on the sensitive areas, like the spine or the Illio-Tibial band (IT band for short). I can hear a sigh from those who have suffered from traditional rollers compressing the IT band while attempting to loosen tendon and muscle for relief. The surface is lightly textured to get a bit of traction on your contours, and makes for quick clean-up, post massage.
