The Harmony is a more robust shoe than the other lightweight shoes; at 11 ounces, it just misses being classified as a mid-weight shoe. The rea- son is the solid rubber sole, which is very durable but also heavy. Future versions would benefit from paring down the unneeded rubber in the lower-wear areas of the sole. Supinators will find its durability meets the demands of their footstrike. The shoe’s low profile allows a good feel for the road, and the encapsulated sheet EVA core provides a cushy ride without flattening out quickly. The slip-lasted fit is slipper-like and will be familiar to those who wore running shoes a generation ago.
